Post Round 2 Report : Winthrop

Following a couple rounds at the Bearcat Spring Classic, Winthrop climbs four spots to ninth led by Jennifer Dilger's second round 3-over par 75. So far after two rounds, Ashley Sloup is low for the team at 10-over par.

Ashley Sloup recorded one birdie and four bogeys in her second round. Sloup is currently 53 strokes behind the top individual, Hailey Boner of NDSU.

On the round, Winthrop recorded a 3-over par 75 from Ashley Sloup, a 77 from Viivi Nuorti, a 84 from Rachel Wyatt, and Lucie Walker shot a 87 for the tournament.

Memphis jumped out to an early lead, with a team total of 602. Jacksonville (616) is in second, while NDSU (619) and Seminole State (619) are currently in a tie for third at the tournament.
