Zander Lozano had a strong final round as he led UTSA with a 5-under par 67. As a team, UTSA finished in the top five of the field after posting an 11-under par, 853 (284-281-288). Lozano carded seven birdies and two bogeys in his final round, on a warm Tuesday. He fell short of the individual winner, Ronneblad of Texas Tech, by zero strokes.
Lozano was the low score for his team for the tournament, where he finished with a 9-under par 207. For the final round of the tournament, UTSA carded an even par 72 from Brett Hogan, a 74 by J.J. Lindsey, a 75 by Garrison Lackey, and Bryce Alley shot a 76.
Texas Tech won the tournament with a team total of 835 (275-274-286), followed by Southeastern Louisiana in second-place with a 846, (272-286-288), and to round out the top three, UTEP with a total of 850, (294-274-282).
