Vincent Martino finished the tournament strong with an even par final round of 72. He led his team at the Northern Intercollegiate in Sugar Grove, IL, finishing second-place in the field with a 1-under par 215 (72-71-72). Houston posted a top five finish after shooting a 30-over par, 894 (294-299-301).
Martino carded three birdies and three bogeys in his final round.
For the final round of the tournament, Houston carded a 2-over par 74 from Blair Hamilton, a 74 by Michael Perras, a 76 by Kyle Pilgrim, and Ben Arnett shot a 79.
Virginia won the tournament with a team total of 879 (297-296-286), followed by Winthrop in second-place with a 882, (285-302-295), and to round out the top three, Ohio State with a total of 892, (290-304-298).
