Post Round 1 Report : Central
Central jumped out to an early lead after the first round at the MSOE Invitational, led by Desmond Stoll, along with Jon Prescott and Adam Squires, and their 1-over par rounds of 72. Stoll and Prescott are currently short of the individual leader, Anton Olsson of Lawrence U, by two strokes.
For the round, Central shot a 1-over par 72 from Jon Prescott, a 73 from Adam Squires, a 73 from Kacie Broeg, and Brock Morris shot a 76 for the round.
Central hopped out ahead of the field to start the tournament, with a team total of 293. Carthage (300) is in second, while Carroll (316) and Concordia (316) are currently in a tie for third at the tournament.
