Post Round 1 Report : Lakeland
Lakeland finished the first round of the MSOE Invitational in ninth-place. Clark shot a team best first round 1-under par, 70. Clark is currently tied for first in the field with Olsson of Lawrence U. His 1-under par 70 was better than his season average round of seven-over par.
For the round, Lakeland shot a 14-over par 85 from Beau Gundersen, a 88 from Connor McCann, a 89 from Connor Grundman, and Kellen Syse shot a 92 for the round.
Central hopped out ahead of the field to start the tournament, with a team total of 293. Carthage (300) is second-place, while Carroll (316) and Concordia (316) are currently in a tie for third at the tournament.
